• 2+ years development experience with hand-coding advanced HTML,

• Proficiency with Cross Browser, Cross Platform issues, DOM and W3C
Web Standards
• Experience working in a Mac/PC environment

Desired Skills:
• Experience with JSP and JavaScript
• Experience with XML, XSL/XSLT and DTD
• Familiar with Object-Oriented programming

Illustrator, etc.)
